I hope 2023 is bright and kind for you.

Here's what I have to report today:

At the beginning of the game there will be MC creation screens! It took a while to make everything run the way I wanted, but I'm very happy with how it turned out. Here's a peek at one of those pages:

I've also created and programmed custom "are you sure?" screens. These pop up when you want to quit, overwrite a save, load a file while playing, etc. And: I tinkered around with the gui a little to make the choice buttons and namebox look and act the way I need them to.

Creating all the GUI from scratch is a lot of work, but it feels really rewarding!

To top it all off, I collected my pile of scattered paper and online notes to make a neater overview of tasks that still need doing :)
